[VIDEO] Halloween Hits Come Alive: OCPS Students Perform with Professional Musicians

What happens when student musicians take the stage alongside professional performers?

For a special Halloween-themed concert, select Orange County Public Schools students joined professional musicians from across Central Florida for Music for the Macabre at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Students rehearsed and performed iconic spooky favorites while receiving real-time mentorship from experienced musicians seated right beside them.

More than just a concert, this unique experience gave students an opportunity to learn from professionals, perform in a world-class venue, and see where a lifelong passion for music can lead.
